The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any work are set out in a written proposal or statement of work agreed between us. Where those terms conflict with this page, the signed proposal prevails.

The content, branding, and design of this website are owned by us. Ownership of work produced during an engagement is governed by the relevant proposal or agreement.

We treat information you share with us about your business as confidential and use it only to provide our services, except where disclosure is required by law.

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
